Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. Please read it carefully before placing an order. If you have questions, email support@peptiva.bio.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only (excluding U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders are packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. During promotional periods or holiday surges, processing time may extend to 3 business days.
3. Shipping rates
- Free 2-day shipping on all orders $250 USD or more.
- Orders under $250 are charged a flat-rate standard-shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Expedited overnight shipping is available at an additional cost on request — contact support@peptiva.bio before placing the order.
4. Carrier and tracking
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and weight. A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 2-4 business days of your order, contact us.
5. Storage and handling
All Peptiva peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable at ambient temperatures during transit and does not require cold-chain shipping. Packages are sealed in tamper-evident, moisture-resistant packaging to protect the vials from impact, light, and humidity.
Upon arrival, refrigerate or freeze the vials immediately according to the storage instructions on each product label to maintain long-term stability. We recommend reconstituting only with bacteriostatic water or another sterile diluent immediately before use.
6. Signature on delivery
Standard shipments do not require a signature. If you would like to require a signature on delivery, please request it in your order notes; an additional fee may apply. We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier that are subsequently lost, stolen, or damaged at the delivery location.
7. Lost or damaged packages
- Damaged in transit: if your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the exterior and contents within 48 hours of delivery and email support@peptiva.bio. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
- Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 7 or more business days, contact us. We will open a carrier investigation. Replacements or refunds are issued only after the carrier confirms the loss.
- Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors and household members and contact your local USPS/UPS/FedEx office. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
8. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes after shipment may not be possible.
9. Free bacteriostatic water
Orders of $250 or more qualify for free bacteriostatic water (3 mL or 10 mL, our choice based on availability), automatically included in the shipment. The free product is for research-use sterile reconstitution only and follows all terms of our Terms of Service.
10. Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancellation is requested via email at support@peptiva.bio before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.
