Purity, Testing & COAs

Are your peptides for human use?

No. All Peptiva products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. We make no therapeutic, diagnostic, or medical claims, and our products are not approved by the FDA for any human or animal use. By placing an order, you agree to use these compounds for research purposes only.

What purity level should I expect?

All Peptiva peptides are independently tested at 99%+ purity by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and identity-confirmed by mass spectrometry. Every batch is verified by a third-party laboratory before we list it for sale. A batch-specific COA is available for every order.

How do I see the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for my batch?

Visit our COA Library — every active SKU lists its current batch test data. When you place an order, the COA matching the lot you receive is also linked in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find your batch, email support@peptiva.bio with your order number and we’ll send the PDF directly.

Why are some COAs marked “Pending First Batch”?

We launched recently and a few SKUs are still completing their initial third-party verification cycle. As soon as the third-party lab returns the data, the COA goes live on the COA Library page.

Shipping

How fast will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday and most ship within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your package leaves our facility.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders $250 or more ship free with 2-day delivery anywhere in the continental US. Orders under $250 are charged a flat-rate standard shipping fee at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only to keep chain of custody clean and avoid customs complications. International shipping is something we may add in the future — sign up for our newsletter to hear when that changes.

How are peptides packaged?

All our peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable at ambient temperatures during transit. Each vial is sealed in tamper-evident, moisture-resistant packaging to protect against impact, light, and humidity. Upon arrival, refrigerate or freeze the vials immediately per the product label for long-term stability — there’s no need to be home for the delivery.

What if my package is damaged or lost?

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the exterior and contents within 48 hours of delivery and email support@peptiva.bio — we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund. If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email us and we’ll open a carrier investigation. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Orders, Payment & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed through a PCI-compliant gateway.
  • Cryptocurrency through NOWPayments — including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), and 200+ other coins.

We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed end-to-end by NOWPayments; we never touch your wallet credentials.

How does paying with crypto work?

At checkout, select “Cryptocurrency” as your payment method. NOWPayments will display a one-time wallet address and the exact amount to send (in the coin you’ve chosen). Send the payment from your wallet, and once the network confirms the transaction, your order is processed and shipped per our standard timeline.

A few specifics:

  • Network fees are paid by you (the sender) — they’re not added to your Peptiva total.
  • Exchange rate is locked at checkout for ~15–20 minutes. If the payment isn’t sent within that window, the rate refreshes.
  • Confirmation time varies by coin (Bitcoin: typically 10–30 minutes; Ethereum & most stablecoins: 1–5 minutes; Monero: 20–40 minutes). Your order ships after confirmation, not at the moment of sending.
  • No account required — you don’t need to register with NOWPayments to pay.

How do crypto refunds work?

Approved crypto refunds are issued as the USDT or USDC equivalent of the original USD amount you paid. Refunding in the same coin you paid with would expose either you or us to price volatility between the time of order and the time of refund — issuing in stablecoins keeps the value of your refund stable and predictable.

If you require a refund in a different coin, contact support@peptiva.bio and we’ll work with you within reason.

Can I cancel or refund my order?

You can cancel for a full refund before the order ships — email support@peptiva.bio as soon as possible. Once an order ships, we cannot accept returns or refund the product (research-grade chemicals supplied in sealed sterile vials cannot be re-stocked once they’ve left our chain of custody). Do you include free bacteriostatic water?

Yes. Orders of $250 or more automatically include a complimentary vial of bacteriostatic water (3 mL or 10 mL based on availability). For smaller orders, BAC water is available for purchase on the shop page.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing for research labs?

Yes. For research institutions, contract research organizations, or independent labs ordering at volume, email support@peptiva.bio with the subject line “Bulk Inquiry” and include your institution and estimated monthly need. We respond to bulk quote requests within two business days.

Storage & Handling

How should I store the peptides after they arrive?

Store lyophilized vials in a refrigerator (2–8°C) for short-term use, or freezer (–20°C or lower) for long-term stability. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, peptides should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe specified on the product label. Always handle research compounds with proper laboratory PPE and follow standard sterile technique.
