Peptiva Bio (“Peptiva”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit peptiva.bio (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described below.

Peptiva Bio is a research-supply company based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. All products on the Site are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order or create an account.
  • Payment details, processed exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications you send us (support tickets, contact-form submissions, email replies).

  • Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL).
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, and actions taken on the Site.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in and remember items in your cart.
  • Confirm age-gate acknowledgment.
  • Measure traffic and improve the Site (Google Analytics).
  • Measure ad performance (Meta Pixel and similar).

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some Site features may not work as intended without them.

7. Data retention

We retain order and account data for as long as your account is active and for up to seven (7) years thereafter, to comply with tax and accounting laws. Marketing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards (TLS encryption, restricted access, regular software updates) to protect your information. No internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site and its products are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be announced via email or a prominent notice on the Site.
